The timeline depends on the complexity of the design, how many pieces you have in the order, and pending orders ahead of yours. Generally, please allow 2-3 days for completion of your order.
Yes, you can bring something in for embroidery. I will confirm whether it can be stitched on and that it can fit in my machine(s). Please understand that there is always potential for damage in the event of machine malfunction.
Yes! We carry a large variety of caps in stock, but can order any size, style, and color that fits your requirement.
It is helpful if your design is in an artwork/graphics file, but it is not necessary. I can accept pictures of your design in .jpg or .pdf as well.
After I receive the artwork/design, I will create the digitizied design and forward a picture for approval. Once the design is set, I'll conduct a test stitch to make sure it works for the item/material it is going to be applied to. After approval, the design will be stitched onto the item .
The design will be kept on file at Lemon Tree Landing. Once you pay the design fee, that design is yours and can be used multiple times without further digitizing charges. For example, if you have an initial order for 12 caps with a business logo and a month later need more, the design will be in your file and ready to use on another order. If you require changes to the design, there may be a small charge depending on the requirement.
